Espai Columba is a cultural facility whose mission is to guard, preserve and display the mural paintings of the apse of the church of Santa Coloma, along with various liturgical objects from Andorran churches. It is designed to spread the knowledge on Romanesque paintings in Andorra, without forgetting the architectural context and the other artistic manifestations that were part of the divine universe they belonged to. The visit is complemented by that of the church of Santa Coloma, one of the oldest and most unique churches in Andorra and the original container of the mural paintings detached in the 1930s. The temple offers a video mapping system designed to transport the visitor to the 12th century by displaying the approximate appearance of the interior of the church in that century.
